2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), cut into small pieces
1/3 cup cold vegetable shortening
5-6 tablespoon cold water
Place flour, salt, and sugar in food processor and mix. Add butter and shortening, then pulse machine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add water until dough gathers on side of bowl. Wrap it in plastic and refrigerate for about one hour.
