Spaghetti & Meatballs

Beef, Ma Cusson Kitchen

Ingredients

1/2 cup bread crumbs

3 Tbs hot water

2 Tbs tomato paste

1 lb ground beef

1 egg

1/2 onion, finely chopped

1 clove garlic

1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 tsp Canola Oil

1 Tbs shredded parmesan cheese

1 jar (26 oz) Marinar Sauce (or make your own)

Directions

Brown meat balls (this is where it starts on the recipe card)
Add to marinara sauce and cover
cook on medium heat, 20 minutes
uncover and cook additional 20 minutes or until meat balls are cooked through
Serve meat balls and sauce over cooked spaghetti

Notes

So, clearly you must combine the ingredients (except the oil) to make the meat balls
Then brown the meat balls in the oil.
