Spaghetti Sauce for 50

Ingredients

4 lb lean ground beef

4 large onions, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

6 - 12oz cans tomato paste

1 - 28 oz can whole tomatoes

2 1/2 quarts Water

1/4 teaspoon brown sugar

2 tablespoon salt

2 teaspoon Basil

2 teaspoon Oregano

Directions

In large kettle cook beef, onion and garlic. Drain fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
Server over hot spaghetti.
