2/3 cup Hershey's Instant Cocoa
1/3 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 cups Milk
3 Egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons Butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Combine instant cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in saucepan
Gradually blend in milk
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling
Boil 1 minute
Remove from heat and slowly stir in about 1/2 of the chocolate mixture into egg yolks
Return to saucepan and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and blend in butter and vanilla
Pour into bowl and press plastic wrap directly onto pudding
Cool 15 to 20 minutes, spoon into serving dishes
