Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake (Easy)

Ingredients

1 yellow or white cake mix

4 cups rhubarb

2/3 cup sugar + 3/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon corn starch

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup boiling water

Directions

Using 9 x 13 pan, spread rhubarb, sprinkle sugar over rhubarb.
Mix cake mix according to instructions on box and pour prepared mix over rhubarb
Combine 3/4 cup sugar, 1tablespoon corn starch, and 1/4 teaspoon salt
Sprinkle over batter and pour 1/2 cup boiling water over top
Bake 1 hour at 350F

Notes

I make no promises here. I've never made this recipe, I doubt I ever will since I don't like rhubarb. Other recipes online do not bake as long, nor do they put additional sugar and boiling water on top.
