Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients

4 cups cutup rhubarb

½ teaspoon salt

1 ½ - 2 cups sugar

¼ cup flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/3 cup butter or margarine

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Place rhubarb in ungreased dish
Measure sugar, flour and cinnamon into bowl
Add butter until flour is crumbly
Sprinkle over rhubarb
Back for 40 – 50 minutes
