Ma Cusson Kitchen, Soups/Chowder/Stews
1/4 cup instant chopped onion
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1 3/4 cups water
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Sauté onion in margarine or butter, over low heat, stirring constantly until golden brown
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve with croutons and grated parmesan cheese
