Cakes, Dessert, Ma Cusson Kitchen
1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk (use ¼ milk and ¾ water)
2 cups mini chips
Combine butter/margarine, sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl.
Cream until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time beating well.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add alternating with milk, beating by hand just until smooth.
Stir in mini chips.
Pour into a well greased and floured 12-cup bundt pan or 10” tube pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour 10 minutes or until done.
Cool about 20 minutes and remove from pan.
Frost with fudge frosting.

Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 cake pan.
Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes.
This is slightly different from the Chocolatetown Chocolate Chip cake. This recipe uses 2 cups sugar vs 1 cup sugar and 1 cup light brown sugar in the Chocolatetown recipe.
