Microwave Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb hamburg

1 small onion, chopped

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1 tsp salt

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

A slightly different take on meatballs
Mix all ingredients
Shape into 12 meatballs
Place in baking dish 8"x8"x2"
Cover loosly and microwave for 4 minutes
Rearrange meatballs, cover, and cook an additional 4 minutes
Drain

Notes

I like the addition of milk and Worcestershire Sauce, but I think I would rather brown them for a sauce or cook them in the oven (about 350 for 20 minutes or so), (or the airfyer!)
