Jan's Stuffed Shells

Favorite, Italian

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburg
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 6 oz package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley flakes
  • Rague sauce (big jar)
  • 1 box jumbo shells

Directions

Cook shells, drain and let cool
Combine all ingredients except cheese
Fry well
Add cheese, stir until cheese is melted
Stuff shells
Cover bottom of pan with sauce
Place shells
Pour remainder of sauce over shells
Pour grated cheese on top
Cover with foil, bake 25-30 minutes at 350
Enjoy!!!!

  • Like Lasagna, these are great reheated too
