Sauce
1 small onion
1/2 teaspoon green pepper
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
4 cans water (past can)
Italian Seasoning
Meat Balls
1 1/2 lbs meat
1 slice bread (soaked in water and squeezed)
Spaghetti
Sauce
Saute onion and green pepper
Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, and a pinch of Italian seasoning
Meat Balls
Combine meat and bread, mix together
Form into small balls
Add meat balls to sauce, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until meat balls are thoroughly cooked.
Serve over spaghetti cooked per box instructions.
I have checked and double checked, her recipe actually does call for 1/2 teaspoon green pepper. And zero spices in the meat balls.
