Fruit Muffins

Ingredients

1 cup Bisquick

2 cup white flour

2 cup wheat flour

4 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1/2 cup oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup milk

3 cup fruit

Directions

Place flour and baking soda in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl place sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, and milk. Mix well.
Add mix to flour and mix.
Add fruit and mix well, do not over mix. Mix will be lumpy.
Add mixture to muffin pan, use paper cups for easier removal.
Bake at 325F for 35 minutes.

Notes

I question the amount of flours (basically 3 different ones) for a total of 5 cups. The amount of baking powder is good for 4 cups of flour. You will have to try it.
