Easy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or magarine

4 cup peeled or sliced peaches, or apples, or nectarine

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon plus 2/3 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoon packed brown sugar

2 tablespoon milk

Directions

In 1 quart shallow casserole combine peaches, sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and cinnamon.
In medium bowl mix remaining 2/3 cup flour with brown sugar.
Cut in butter or margarine until mixture is size of small peas.
Stir in milk until moistened
Drop by spoonfuls onto peaches.
Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into crust comes out clean.
