Cookie Frosting

Ingredients

3 cups confectioners sugar

1 tablespoon light corn syrup

2 tablespoons butter, softened

3 tablespoon hot water

Directions

In a small mixing bowl beat together sugar, corn syrup, butter, and water until smooth
If frosting is too thick add water, a little at a time
Use to decorate or frost Ginger Bread Cookies or Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies (see recipes)
