Coffee Syrup

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) jar instant coffee

5 pounds sugar

1 gallon jug

Directions

Mix sugar and coffee, adding into 1 gallon jug
Fill the jug with warm water
Stir with hand of wooden spoon until coffee and sugar are completely dissolved

Shake jug before using to ensure any settling and remixed.

For a smaller batch try:
1 cup hot coffee
1 1/2 cup sugar
Pour cup of coffee into small pan and add sugar. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 3 minutes, remove from heat. Allow to cool before placing in a container. Store in fridge for up to 1 month.
