2 pie crusts (1 box)
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cup fresh blueberries (or 5 cups peaches)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Heat oven to 425F
Place bottom crust into 9" pie plate
Stir sugar, flour, and cinnamon together
Mix with berries (or peaches)
Place onto bottom crust
Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter
Cover with top crust, seal, and brush with egg wash
Cut 1 - 3 slits into pie and bake for 35 - 45 minutes, until crust is golden brown
