Blueberry Yummy

Dessert, Ma Cusson Kitchen

Ingredients

2 pints blueberries

1 small package Raspberry sugar free jello (dry)

1 1/8 cups Bisquick

1/4 cup skim or low fat milk

1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon melted butter or margarine

Directions

Spread blueberries and jello mix over the bottom of a 9 x 9 pan

Mix Bisquick, milk, and butter/margarine together. Stretch out to 9 x 9 size and lay on top of blueberry and jello mixture (stretching between 2 sheets of waxed paper makes it easier)

Bake for 30 minutes at 400F
