In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, white cheddar, Gruyere cheese, lager, onion powder, salt and pepper and pour into a small cast iron pan or 9" aluminum foil pie pan.
Place the pan directly on the grill grate next to the pretzels and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and top is golden brown. Or bake in a 350F oven
